Athletes will perform a 4 minute AMRAP, a 6 minute AMRAP, and then complete the workout for time. There is a 1/1 work to rest ratio, meaning rest 4 minutes after the first AMRAP, and rest 6 minutes after the 2nd. There is a 15 minute cap on the final piece.
Scores are total reps completed for the first 2 events and time of last event in comments. If you did not complete the last event in 15 minutes, your time is 15 minutes + 1 second per each uncompleted rep. No one can go over the 15 minute cap on the third event!
