Coach Pao is probably going to catch you by surprise but here we go
40 minute time cap
3 mile run ( yes 3 miles ) 3 big laps returning to and touching big tire each lap. 400s not allowed
you will have an opportunity to reduce your time by
completing max time, single attempt plank hold on forearms.
max time, single attempt wall sit at a 90 degree angle.
Wall sit and plank hold must also be completed during the 40 minutes
but you can do them when you are "ready" the trainer will have a stopwatch.
score = mile run minus accumulated PH and WS time
example- 8:40 mile minus :40 plank hold 1:00 wall sit = 7:00
