4 rounds. each round will be 3 mins long

each round will begin with a 400m run/200m scaled. the remainder of the time will be spent doing the following:

Round 1. max rep hand-release push ups

Round 2. max rep back squats men-75 ladies-55

Round 3. ring dips / pbar dips

Round 4. pull-ups 

rx'd-chin to bar

Heavy- chest to bar. OR.... if you think you can cycle through faster. max rep muscle ups

 

Coaches will scale accordingly
