The other Total
Real quick schedule change and WOD for tomorrow.
530 pm is cancelled all other classes are running as scheduled
"The Other Total"
squat clean 1-1-1
bench press 1-1-1
overhead squat 1-1-1
The CrossFit Total is the sum of the best of three attempts at the squat clean, the bench press and the overhead squat.
You may do as many warm up lifts as you like but may only take 3 attempts to find your 1 rep max for each.
You will have an hour to warm up OYO and complete The Other Total
You may use your bench press weight from Monday if time is an issue or reattempt the lift.
If you are unfamiliar with the movements it will be a skill day your trainer will spend 15 minutes each reviewing the 3 lifts / movements above.
