Beginning today open gym from 530 pm to 730pm M/W/Th Tuesday 530 pm only.
This includes trainers. Comp training can be done during open gym hours your team trainer
will schedule weekend training. Individuals comp athletes will have access during weekend training
times also. Come with a plan.
