After a quick warm up we will have a couple things to accomplish

If you're not on a rower you're on a rack or the mats

In heats

15 minutes max calorie row

and 

15 minutes for a heavy 3 front squat

and

15 minutes to work on HSPU and RD 1 minute on 1 minute off max rep (both )

accumulate as many of each as you can during minute
