Coach Bull is on the heels of his USAW Oly cert and he happens to have the floor almost all day so I'm sure he learned a thing or two.
Spend as long as your trainers want finding a heavy 3 Squat Snatch
You can release the bar but get right back under it.
Be safe, lift heavy and have fun.
