25 SP 45/35

25 Sit Ups

25 Burpees

25 Box Jumps

25 Wall Balls

Here's the way this works, put them in any order you wish but you will drop the top one every round

If this is my list I would do 25 of each then drop the KB....25 of each ( except KB ).....then drop SP.....

Obviously this is not my list because those WB would be gone 1st.
