Workout 14.1
10-minute AMRAP:
30 double-unders
15 power snatches, 75 / 55 lb.

Pretty simple it's the very first Open WOD that many of us did, if you have never done the Open before you get to feel exactly what we felt a short 3 years ago.

I'm not in tomorrow so if someone can print and post master scaling please do it.

The board in the red room is our official Open board where we can record scores of all registered athletes.
