Gonna get a little heavier on the Overhead Squat

This is a ladder so lets ride it up and......Fight for it

7 sets of 3 reps

Last set? ride it to failure

7 Hollow rocks between each set

Make your body a closed system, on your back drive your belly into mat, prison defense ( clench your butt cheeks ) point your toes and rock ......keep your stuff tight. :)
