muscle-up/ pull-up and ring dip

For those that have muscle ups, you are going to do a 5 sets of 3-4 of muscle ups. Your last set will be As Many as Possible..... KEEP GOING

Almost have them or just got them?  spend the whole time working getting better at that movement. everyone else will be working on their strict pull-ups and ring dips. but, you will be able to do a scaled version of a muscle up :)
