Masters Qualifiers WOD 3

The masters qualifiers are here and I'm going to asl you for a little help to make me work a little harder.

In a nut shell this is how it works, I have 4 WODs to do in 4 days ( any order I wish ) I'm picking this one for you guys for tomorrow. We will do one or two after F and F on Saturday. I will post the WOD and standards for the 50-54 and the 55-59 your goal is to crush the older "master" athletes ( you'll be able to check the masters leaderboard.

It's super important for you to have quality movement and NO REP yourself, you wont be judged but this turtle needs some rabbits to chase but I want it to be AFAP ( as fair as possible )

This is going to be fun for me I don't want it to be anything but fun for you guys.

Weve had a brutal fun week, I'm proud of all of you, you have no idea how far each of you has come.

Our training for Open 2017 begins today.

50-54

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
55 double-unders
15 chest-to-bar pull-ups
5 hang power cleans

Men use 155 lb.
Women use 105 lb.

55-59

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
55 double-unders
15 chin-over-bar pull-ups
5 hang power cleans

Men use 135 lb.
Women use 95 lb.

Very experienced athletes may do the 40-45 or 45-49 but you wont be helping me so unless you have your heart set on it stick with one of the above.
