50 m walking lunge

50 sit ups or 20 T2B

20 minute time cap

Because 15.2 had built in strategy some of you may opt to redo it.

You will have 40 minutes to warm up and strategize then

your trainer will find you a judge and see if you have a couple of 

extra reps in you.
