Loose ends / finishing the throwdown and fun

You guys have had a brutal week of 2 a days. We have never had a throwdown this tough but you guys rose to the challenge. We challenged almost all movements, domains and grinding through mentally and physically to this degree is not something we do often.

Super stoked and super proud of each of you whether you are top, middle or bottom. We are getting better one day at a time.

If you missed a day you can make it up, if you missed more than one day, it would not be very smart to shove 4 TD WODs into 2 hours. You'll be able to see the results and can complete missed WODs on your own.

If you are all caught up I have a couple of suggestions.

1. Rest- Come on in and hang out but let your body recover

2. Open gym - Work on something you suck at

3. WOD- 10 to 1 Thrusters and KB -----see you at the "crawl " you guys are awesome
