Less Burpees?

Rack your starting weight ( you pick it we will be accumulating weight )

Start with 5 Bar over Burpees

One Clean and Jerk Attempt ( if you get it which you should great add it to your board )

5 BOB's

One Clean and Jerk Attempt ( you can go up or down in weight )

Continue this for 10 minutes add up all of your successful attempts....each burpee is worth one pound

A failure on the clean or the jerk means.... you guessed it 5 BOB's and you don't get credit for lift
