Five rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
30 Box jump, 24 inch box
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball

I'm always pretty good at getting you guys wound up before a WOD. This one speaks for itself Coach Jared and I have attempted her multiple times in the past and if my journal is correct I have only conquered Kelly once in 5 years. We will need each other for this one.

BTW RX'd female wallballs officially went to 10 feet on 1-1-15
