Tuesday begins the in house throwdown. The first WOD will be all inclusive and can be performed by 90% of ALL athletes as RX'd. We will use this time to determine if we want to ride this out in the prescribed division or the scaled division. Each WOD ( except for floaters ) can only be done once. We will get them done during Tuesday class and we may allow your attempt during open gym later in week if you have to miss Tuesdays class. All WODs have been programmed but noone but me knows the final WODs chosen or the order in which they will appear. More info to follow .

Floater WOD 2 of our 4 week in house throwdown = 3K row - 1 mile run - 100 double unders or 400 single unders You have 2 weeks to crush this one on your time you may attempt multiple times if you are so inclined.
(Reps) While one team member holds rack position with barbell the other will do 50 meter sprints. When partner A can no longer hold rack position partners will switch. You will do this until each team member has held rack position twice.
