A) 50 pull-ups for time:

*First set is an AMRAP (do your best to stay string as many as you can on your first set) 

scaled options: *Banded pull ups or Inverted barbell rows


B) 2 rounds for time 

200m run

8 clean & jerks 135/95; 115/75

200m run

6 clean & jerks 155/115; 135/95

200m run

4 clean & jerks 185/135; 155/115

*If more deeply scaled options are needed, keep weight at 115/75

*20 min cap
