Hang Power Clean
So we got to power clean yesterday at pretty heavy weight. Let's take it to the hang and make a set of heavy triples happen.
You have 15 minutes to get this done then.....
7 minute up ladder at 50 percent of the top weight you reached
10 Du's 1 HPC 10 Du's 2 HPC 10Du's 3 HPC..........How high can you go in 7?
You may want to practice in prep for TD5 the following Movements
ROW- DL (Light)- PP- T2B-OHS ( light )-C2B/ Pull- Pistols- HSPU- SS and MU.....practice lotsa burpees if you can't do a couple of these ;)
