*Moderate weight to keep moving

* touch and go for 5 (do not drop the bar until 5 reps are completed.) 

B) For time


Squat cleans 155/105; 135/95; 115/80

Front squats 155/105; 135/95; 115/80

*Scale as needed

*Should not miss any squat cleans
