we are gonna spend some time reviewing what a complex is. and yes, we have more running.

50m shuttle sprint x 2
deadlift-squat clean-shoulder to overhead-back squat-behind the neck shoulder to overhead
for folks that are still foreign to the squat clean, you will do hang squat cleans instead.
