Climb the ladder

Let's start with picking up some heavy stuff

20 minutes to get a heavy 10.......deadlift

Do not rest between reps these will be touch and goes

then.....

 

10 minute up ladder

Clean and Jerk ( as close to body weight as you think you can get )

THIS IS SUPPOSSED TO BE HEAVY AND HARD

Between sets you will front rack walk ( not lunge ) 25 meters

So start with one heavy C and J walk 25 meters then 2 Cand J, walk, 3, walk 4............
