We will give you guys a chance to teach your kids how to properly

2 RFT 

800 Meter run /100-200 for kids

50 AS     Kids 25

50 PushUps   Kids 25

50 Situps  Kids 25

Kids stop here

Bars will be on racks we are looking for a 1 rm Front Squat you have 10 minutes
