After the warm up.....

We've talked alot about training but for some reason when that bar is in front of us we feel we have to go large. Today let's spend about 15 minutes going smart not large.

@ 75 percent of your 1 rm let's roll through this complex a few times

1- High Hang Power Snatch 1- Mid Hang PS 1- Low Hang ( starting position ) PS (POWER SNATCH)

1- HHSS   1-MHSS  1-LHSS ( SQUAT SNATCH )

Don't know your 1rm find a workable ( not a heavy working ) weight.
