Back Squat (pause) then 1-1, 2-2

In teams of 2 or 3 you'll hit the racks for some Back Squats ( pause )

Pause at bottom 1- 3 seconds, stay active down below.....drive out should be aggressive get hips through hole

5 sets of  3......let's find a weight and stick with it ( all working sets )
