Benchmark WOD Angie – Tips and Advice

The benchmark WOD Angie happens to be one of the easiest to understand and follow for those who are new to CrossFit or are trying to establish their first benchmark. It requires minimal equipment, with the pull-ups being the only exercise that would need a dedicated piece of equipment.

For time, perform:

  • 100 Pull-ups
  • 100 Push-ups
  • 100 Sit-ups
  • 100 Squats
