Everytime you drop the bar Wall Balls

you pick the weight

95 / 65 10 wallballs minimum

115 / 80 5 wallballs

135 / 95  1 wall ball

Novice  / Master athletes

75 / 35 10

85 / 45  5

If you can do the minimum you are no longer a novice athlete or you are a bad ass master

Bar cannot rest on bak or in front rack or at the hang , it's either up or down
